    • 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM: Morning Briefing & Warm-Up Session

    • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: First Training Session:

      • Focus on Physical Preparation: Strength training, agility, and endurance exercises.

      • Group Exercises: Develop physical fitness and resilience.

    • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break (Participants bring their own meals).

    • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Relaxation and Team-Building Activities:

      • Board Games, Basketball Quiz, or Video Analysis.

      • Calm Time: Mindfulness exercises and recovery stretches.

    • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Second Training Session:

      • Basketball Techniques: Dribbling, passing, and shooting.

      • Competitive Exercises: Mini-games and opposition drills.

      • Game Scenarios: Managing pressure and quick counter-attacks.
